Bulk Image Upload and Media Library

Bulk Image Upload lets you quickly upload multiple pictures at one time that can be added automatically to report cards or can be added later with just a few clicks.  The Media Library allows for easy image management.  Add captions that will display on the report card for clients.  Search by pet name, file name or caption to quickly find relevant images.  Multiple pets can be tagged in the same photo, a great option if an activity has several pets in the same image.  By enabling image updates directly within the report card workflow, users can improve data quality and create a more personalized experience for clients.

To enable bulk images to be automatically added to report cards, click on Manage, Report Card Settings.

Click the box for ‘Auto include bulk-uploaded tagged pet images to the bottom of report cards for each pet’.

Uploading pictures

Click on Operations, Media.

Here you can quickly upload multiple pictures with just a few clicks. 

Click Add.

Click Select Images.

This will let you navigate on  your device where you can highlight and upload multiple images at once. 

You can also double click on the images you want to upload individually.

Once the images have been uploaded, you are able to scroll through the entire list to add information and associate with pets.

Caption – This will display for clients on the report card.

Internal text – This information will only display for employees.

Apply to All – This will copy the Internal Text to all images.  This is a good option if you are cataloguing all Daycare images for the day, or all Hiking images, for example.

Trashcan – This will let you delete any images you don’t want to keep in the Media library.

Associate Pets – This lets you associate a specific pet with the image so it will load automatically onto the report card.

Associate Pets

This feature allows you to tie this image to a specific pet on the schedule.  Once associated, the image will automatically be added to the report card.

Click on Associate Pets.

Choose the date of the appointment.

The list will show all pets on the schedule for that day.

You can also search for the pet.

Once you find the pet, click the Plus sign to associate.

You are also able to associate a picture with multiple pets.  This is especially helpful when you have group activities where several pets might be in the same image.

Report cards

Images that are associated in the Media screen will be automatically added to the report card in the Photo Gallery section.

You can rearrange the order of the images by clicking the arrows to move them up or down.

You can also manually add images to report cards by clicking on Edit Images.

Select more images -  Click here to upload images from the Media library or to upload a new photo from your device.

Trashcan - Click here to remove images from the report card.
