Completed Email for Grooming Appointments

You have the option to send an email when you mark a grooming service Completed.

 

You must configure KC to send emails to use this feature.  Click here for instructions.

 

Click on File, Business Info, Email tab, Special Email tab, Completed tab.

 

Check the box for 'Send email when marking appointments completed from groom schedule'.

 

Enter the text for your completed email.  If you leave it blank, KC will send the default message of 'The services for (pet name) have been completed'.

 

You can copy your company's email address by checking the box for 'CC company on completed email'.

On the grooming schedule, right click on the appointment and click on Complete. The pet’s appointment will turn green to show as completed on the schedule.
