Different BGNO services for multipet groom appointments

2 min. readlast update: 11.20.2025

You can set different Bath, Groom, Nails and Other services for each pet on a multipet grooming appointment.  You can also choose different employees and enter different pricing for each pet.

On the appointment screen, there is a drop down for the pet names.

There is also an Apply to ALL button.

If all pets are to get the same services, the same employees and the same prices, simply check the boxes for the first pet and then click Apply to ALL button.

If each pet is to get different services, check the box(es), choose the employee and input the price for the first pet, then choose the next pet in the drop down and choose his services, employee and price.  Do this for each pet.

When you hit OK, KC will make the appointments with the different services.  In our example, Mister is getting a Groom and Bath, and Mouse is getting a Groom and Nail Trim.

If employees don't hit Apply to All or doesn't switch between the pets to choose their settings, then the first pet will have the services checked, employees and prices.  The rest of the pets will have the default groom option chosen, the employee will be Master List (unless he has a default employee on the pet card) and the price will be $0 (unless he has a default price on his pet card or you have pricing setup in Breeds or Weight Classes).

You can set KC so that users are forced to either choose Apply to All or switch between the pets to choose their options.  In File, System Options, Grooming tab, make sure you have no boxes checked for the Default Groom Options.

Now, if users forget, they will get this popup to remind them to hit Apply to All or choose the options for each pet.
