The Expired Vaccinations Report helps you quickly identify pets with expired or soon-to-expire vaccinations. This report is useful for maintaining facility safety requirements, proactively notifying clients before appointments, and ensuring pets meet vaccination requirements before arriving for services.

Running the Expired Vaccinations Report

Navigate to:

Reports > Lists > Expired Vaccinations

From here, choose how you would like the report generated.

Report Types

All Pets

Selecting All will generate a list of every pet in your database with a vaccination that is expired or expiring within the selected date range.

Example:

If you enter:

  • Start Date: 10/01/2026
  • End Date: 12/31/2026

The report will display all pets whose vaccinations expired or are scheduled to expire during that timeframe, regardless of whether they have an upcoming appointment.

This option is ideal for routine vaccination audits and client outreach campaigns.

Pets with Appointments

Selecting Pets with Appointments will generate a list of pets who have appointments scheduled during the selected date range and have vaccinations that are expired or expiring.

The report checks:

  1. Pets with appointments during the selected date range.
  2. Whether those pets have expired or expiring vaccinations.

Example:

If you enter:

  • Start Date: 10/01/2026
  • End Date: 12/31/2026

A pet will appear on the report if:

  • They have an appointment scheduled between October 1st and December 31st.
  • They have vaccinations that are expired or expiring.

This includes pets with recently expired vaccines as well as pets whose vaccines will expire before their upcoming appointment.
