Live Access - Audit Trail

The Audit Trail provides a detailed history of actions performed within Live Access, helping you track changes, monitor employee activity, and troubleshoot questions about records or appointments. Whether you're verifying who made a change, reviewing when an action occurred, or investigating modifications to a client, pet, or appointment record, the Audit Trail gives you a clear record of activity throughout the system.  

Important Note: Live Access Activity Only

The Live Access Audit Trail only records actions performed within Live Access. Actions completed in the desktop version of Kennel Connection will not appear in this report.

To access, click on Manage tab>Audit Trail.

Use the search filters to quickly locate activity related to a specific client, pet, employee, module, or action type.



The list will display the date and time the action was performed, the module and action taken, what employee completed the action and record details.  In this example, a groom appointment was added for Grace Street on 9/23 at 9:57am by user jpardue.

Quick Tip: Modification Details Can Be Expanded

When a record has been modified, click the plus (+) icon to view exactly what fields were changed and what information was added, removed, or updated.



In this example, the daycare appointment was modified and a Daycare room (Board + Daycare) and an exercise (Cuddle Time All Day) was added.
