The Receipts report will give you a total of all monies earned during the specified date range. You can get a list of only deposits, credits and refunds.
Click on Revenue, Reports, Receipts report.



Choose the date range.
There are three preset choices. If you choose one of these, the settings will load and you can print the report.
- Daily Close Out (Cash & Card Summary)
- Deposits Received (Detailed)
- Refunds (Detailed)
You can also choose other options and create a custom report.
Detailed – Shows client info, date, payment method.
Summary – Shows a total amount with no client detail.
Show for All Payment methods or hit Select and choose one or more.
Transaction types:
Payments
Credits – Credits are added to the client card, Financial tab.
Deposits – Deposits are added through the Deposit button on an appointment or through Online Reservation deposits.
Refunds
Choose how the report will be grouped: by Date, Payment Method or Transaction Type.
You can set a second grouping with the same options: Date, Payment Method, Transaction Type.
Choose what order the report will print by: Date, Payment Method or Transaction Type.
