Print or email expired vaccination list

Providing clients with a copy of their pet's expired or upcoming vaccination information can help prevent appointment delays and ensure pets remain compliant with your facility's vaccination requirements. Kennel Connection allows you to quickly print or email a vaccination expiration list directly from the pet profile or appointment screen.

Printing an Expired Vaccination List

To print a vaccination expiration list:

1. Open the pet profile.
2. Select the Vaccinations tab.
3. Click Print.

A report will be generated showing the pet's vaccination information, including any expired or expiring vaccinations.

This option is useful when a client is present in your facility and needs a printed copy to provide to their veterinarian.

Emailing an Expired Vaccination List

You can also email vaccination expiration information directly to the client.

To send an email:

1. Open the pet's appointment.
2. Select the Vaccinations tab.
3. Click Email Exp.

Kennel Connection will send an email containing the pet's vaccination expiration information to the email address on file.

Important Note

⚠️ The Email Exp. button is only available when viewing a Modify Appointment screen.

Customizing the Vaccination Expiration Email

You can personalize the message included in vaccination expiration emails.

Navigate to:

File > Business Info > Email Tab > Special Email Tab > Vaccination Expiration Tab

From here, you can customize the email wording to match your facility's branding, vaccination policies, and client communication style.
