If you are trying to print Reports, Revenue, Timesheet and Kennel Connection either freezes or spins, that means there is a punch that is out of order with the in time after the out time.&nbsp; KC is not able to calculate it so it can't print the report

Please note:&nbsp;&nbsp;This can also be caused by the dates being out of order, i.e. you have a punch from 6/27 to 6/26 but it's most likely caused by the time being out of order.
&nbsp;
To fix this, go to File, Employees, Timecards.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Click on each employee and go through their punches.
&nbsp;
You're looking for a punch that has a time such as punch in at 8pm&nbsp;and punch out at 5am.
&nbsp;
Once you fix the punches so they are in the right order the report will print.
